The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is designed to ensure equitable access to bandwidth for all users. To prevent a small number of users from consuming disproportionate bandwidth and affecting other subscribers, usage thresholds and speed management measures may apply.
Unlimited Plans: These plans come with a high-speed data threshold. Once the threshold is reached, speeds may be reduced to manage network congestion. The threshold varies by plan.
Data Pack Plans: These plans have a fixed data allowance. Once the allowance is exhausted, the connection may be paused until the next billing cycle or a top-up is purchased.
After reaching the FUP threshold on unlimited plans, speeds may be reduced to a lower tier (typically 2–4 Mbps) until the end of the billing cycle. You can purchase a data top-up to restore full speeds. Please check your plan details in the customer portal.
- Peak Hours: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM — Higher network traffic; speed management may be applied
- Off-Peak Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM — Lower traffic; full speeds available
Data consumed during off-peak hours may not count towards the FUP limit on select plans.
