Silver plans are data-only fiber internet — great if you already have your own streaming subscriptions or only need internet. All else (speeds, support, installation) is identical.
No — all prices shown on this page are exclusive of 18% GST. The GST-inclusive total is shown on each plan card. For example, the Gold 100 Mbps monthly plan is ₹889 excl. GST, or ₹1,049 incl. GST.
Installation within Udumalpet is free of charge for all plans. We do not currently offer a free trial period, but our monthly Gold plans let you start with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade your speed or switch between tiers at any time by contacting our support team at +91 87784 03848 or via WhatsApp. Plan changes typically take effect from the next billing cycle or upon plan renewal.
After clicking "Choose Plan" and reaching us via WhatsApp, our team will contact you within a few hours to confirm your address, schedule installation, and collect payment. Installation is usually completed within 2–3 working days in Udumalpet.
All our plans are "unlimited data" plans. Like all TRAI-regulated ISPs, we apply Fair Usage Policy during peak hours (8 PM – 11 PM). After a soft threshold, speeds may be modestly adjusted to ensure consistent service. Check usage in real time via the Customer Portal. See our Fair Usage Policy for full details.
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash payments at our office. Card payments and online options are available via our Customer Portal. All prices reflect advance billing — you pay at the start of each plan period.
