All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of U Tele Services or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Service activation is subject to technical feasibility and coverage in your area. Plans are subject to change with prior notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, force majeure events, or technical issues beyond our control may cause temporary outages. We will attempt to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
Routers and modems provided by U Tele Services remain company property at all times. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment. Damage due to misuse, negligence, or theft may attract replacement charges. Equipment must be returned upon termination of services.
All prices are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Billing is done in advance for the selected subscription period. Late payments may result in service suspension. Reconnection after suspension may attract reconnection fees.
Once a plan is activated, no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@uteleservices.com. Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligible refund scenarios.
U Tele Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding month.
You agree to use our internet services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the services for illegal file sharing, sending spam, hacking, or any activity that could harm our network or other users. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
